Rod’s unique personalized program and accompanying App, gave me the ability to easily follow my assigned workout sessions. I felt as though I was bringing my personal trainer and coach with me to the gym, or into my home workout area.
My friends and family began to comment on how good I looked, and my growing self-confidence, and Rod’s support, gave me the boost and motivation to stay focused, resulting in a restored youthfulness from twenty years past! I’m 68, but I feel more like I’m 45 again.
Rod’s program gave me that flexibility and privacy, with an additional benefit of him holding me accountable, and keeping me motivated. That was the inspiration, direction, and hand holding I needed to stick with a program.
Rod’s Twelve Week Program was a routine that almost seemed tailored for me. He answered lots of questions on the weekly Q+A calls, and on the optional weekly group Zoom workout he made sure that my form and execution were spot on. If I had questions at any time, or needed help, he was easy to reach out to and very supportive.
I loved the diversity of the exercises to choose from. I used the app on my Ipad, so I could workout wherever I wanted - outside, in any room in my house, even when I was away on vacation. There are some parts of the actual app that I needed to get used to, like any program, but I quickly got the hang of it, and it was easy to navigate.
